Cherry Crisp


MAKES   10   SERVINGS


This is rot-yer-teeth sweet goodness brought to you 
from grandma Evelyn's recipe box. Another very
 easy dessert, made purely from ready packaged ingredients. 
This is even better when served hot with vanilla ice cream. 

2 cans Comstock cherry pie filling
2 boxes yellow cake mix
1 cups walnuts, roughly chopped
2 sticks butter, melted


1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a 13x9x2 cake pan, put the cherry pie filling. 
Next add the  dry cake mix, then the walnuts, 
and lastly top with melted butter.
3. Bake in the oven for 1 hour ­ 1 hour 15 min. 
4. Enjoy while still warm.

 VARIATIONS  
Peachy-Keen
 Follow above recipe, substituting  peach pie filling, for cherry.
