Cranberry Orange Pie


3 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 TBS all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 TBS orange juice
2 TBS orange zest
2 TBS butter, melted
1 egg, lightly beaten

* Preheat oven to 450 degrees

* In a large bowl, combine cranberries, sugar, flour, salt, 
  orange zest and juice, and melted butter. Toss to mix.
  Pour into a pie shell.

* Bake 10 minutes at 450, then reduce heat to 350 and bake 
   45 minutes longer.
