German Apple Pancakes


2/3 cup flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 cups apple slices
3/4 cups butter
2 TBS. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

* Sift together flour, 2 tsp sugar, and salt.
* Beat eggs and milk together. Gradually add flour, and beat until smooth. 
* Saute apples in 1/4 cup butter. When cooked, add 2 TBS sugar and cinnamon.
* Melt a chunk of butter in a non-stick pan. Pour 1/2 batter in. Cook on one side until nearly			
   done. Lay apple slices in on top, then flip for a quick cooking on the other side.
* Eat while hot, rich, and greasy good.
