MAKES 4-6 SERVINGS Nothing says fall dinner like pork chops with apples. Be careful when cooking the chops, not to overdo them. Dry pork chops are a definite disappointment. These are great served with a side of rice or polenta. 5 Pork chops 2 onions 1/8 cup oil 2-3 tart apples, sliced 2 tablespoons Betty's spice mix 1-3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1.
