Thai Iced Tea


1 cup water
1cup sugar
5 cups water
1 cup Thai tea leaves (you must uses these, no substitutions)
Ice cubes
1 cup sweetened condensed milk

* Bring 1cup water and 1 cup sugar to a boil until sugar dissolves. Let boil on low for 
			5 more minutes, till a bit thicker. Cool in the refrigerator.
* Bring 5 cups water to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and add tea leaves. Let steep
			for 5 minutes.
* Strain through a sieve into a pitcher. Then pour through the sieve full of tea leaves 
			back into the pot. Repeat 6 times. WARNING THIS IS MESSY, SO DO IT IN THE SINK.
* Sweeten with sugar/water mix and sweetened condensed milk. Chill for an hour.
* Pour over ice and enjoy.
